Applications
Submitting an application does not create an agreement between us. We review every application manually and may decline for any reason, including suburb availability. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it.
Our services
Where we agree to work together, the scope, fees, term and deliverables are set out in a separate written agreement. Those terms take priority over anything on this page if they conflict.
No guarantee of results
Any figures, case studies or examples shown on this site describe past results for specific clients. They are not a promise or guarantee of listings, appointments, revenue or any other outcome for your business.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including copy, video, imagery and branding, is owned by Social X or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or republish it without our written consent.
Communications
By submitting the application form you consent to us contacting you by email, phone or SMS about your enquiry. You can opt out at any time by replying or emailing us.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Social X is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
